Doug Daley Vice President, Marketing, ddaley@kiers.com Doug joined the staff at Kiers Marketing Group in February of 1999 after a successful 20 year newspaper career with The Daily Gleaner. He held various positions with the newspaper including Director of Sales and Marketing. In 2002, Doug along with two other employees purchased Kiers Marketing Group from company founder Roelof Kiers. Away from work, Doug sits on numerous boards and committees and has always been involved in youth sports in one capacity or another. He is a nationally certified hockey coach (Level 2) and curling coach (Level 3). He resides in Maugerville with his wife and 2 children.

With over 15 years experience in the design industry, Kent is a native Californian who has wandered all over North America and has finally come to rest at Kiers. He has an extensive background in an agency setting but in the past has also put his skills and talent to work for publishing companies, printers, and internal design departments. In addition he started (and later stopped) his own sign and textile screen printing shop, learned to play the drums, and developed a life-long affinity for the bicycle. He has lectured on graphic design and the creative process to university students and taught in-line skating, power skating, ice hockey and mountain biking to grade schoolers and adults alike. An ardent music fan, he lives with his wife and 4 kids, dog and 2 cats in the woods outside Fredericton, NB.
